Iggwilv's Nethertome is her Book of Shadows, her personal Grimoire of spells and planar lore.
I did some research on Iggwilv and I came across in lore a book besides the Demonicon and Subtle Communications that Iggwilv wrote. It's the Nethertome, and it has information on the Abyss, but also other planar lore like Protection from evil, conjure elemental, contact other plane, domination, anti-magic shell, ensnarement, invisible stalker, forcecage, sequester, binding, maze, trap the soul, gate, imprisonment, temporal stasis, a lot of which have planar themes outside of the Abyss so clearly the Nethertome is Iggwilv book.
It all fits together, all the Planar/multisetting/Gothic UAs subclasses, the mostly Conjuration Based Spells UA, information on the habits of various creature Iggwilv would have encountered (alternate race traits, Vistani, and possibly monsters), the hints about Iggwilv, it all fits in with the contents of Iggwilv's Nethertome which had been stolen by her servants.
