Das kommt drauf an, wie das aufgeteilt wird. Im KS war immer nur von einem Tome of Secrets die Rede.

Im Internet steppte ein bisschen der Bär, bzw. machte eher n gemächlichen Slow Trott, weil das Gerücht umging White Wolf hätte eine unschuldige subnet Seite brutalst, hart und unfreundlichst möglich umgeboxt und würde jetzt jeden verklagen der auch nur eine Liste von Merits / Flaws online stellt.
Das es so nicht ganz hin kam war an mehreren Aspekten zu sehen.
Die Subnet-Seite hatte nicht ein bisschen Info online sondern die kompletten Regeln, Charaktererschaffung, Daten zur Charaktererschaffung für unter anderem die V20 (und anderen Systemen). Mit eins zu eins Kopien aus dem Buch. Die Seite kann man über die Wayward Archives finden.
Zudem hatte es Fehler die die Behauptung es wäre geklagt worden und das es über Paradox anstelle über White Wolf lief.
Deswegen hat White Wolf sich zu einer kleinen Stellungsnahme und der Ankündigung einer Fanlizenz befleissigt:

As many of you know, we are in the process of waking White Wolf from is long torpor. Recently, a situation has come to light that we feel obligated to comment on for the sake of providing clarity to the community as there is a significant amount of misinformation being circulated right now as to what we are doing in regards to policing our content on the internet.
Recently, we were contacted by one of our partners in regards to the community website subnet due to the fact that it has been re-posting large amounts of our published back catalog content that is still easily accessible and readily available for purchase. While we are supporters of community fan pages that help facilitate the enjoyment of our games and brands, White Wolf has always maintained a standard set amount of reasonable guidelines for said fan-sites to follow (The Dark Spiral/Dark Pack) that don't infringe on our rights or the rights of our partners. White Wolf and its partners have been pioneers to bringing RPG products to the digital medium and making them available in a number of formats. We will continue to do this and you should expect to see more announcements on this in the near future. We want you, the community to know that your voice in desiring to have convenient access to our content in multiple forms has been heard.
We understand that the last few years have been difficult ones for the community and that there lacks a level of clarity as to which set of guidelines one should follow. However, at no point has any incarnation of White Wolf ever authorized its products to be reproduced in full for mass distribution without very specific written consent. So while we don't want to be in a position where we have to get lawyers involved, and especially not with fans, there are times where we must protect our copyrights, unfortunately. We are NOT engaged in a massive internet crackdown or witch hunt. However, when something is serious enough to having been brought to our attention that compromises both our own business and the financial well being of our partners, at that point we need to act, and we did. It's always been our hope that we can settle these types of situations when they arise amiably and with as little stress involved to all parties as possible. Ideally, we would like subnet and fan-sites like subnet to continue to be a resource to help fans have fun with our brands, but not a replacement for services that we and our partners actively offer as part of our business, as those products and services are vital in helping finance the future development of the brand.
In an effort to minimize these types of situations in the future and help provide clarity on this issue, we want the community to know that we are actively in the process of revising the "Dark Pack" fan site guidelines for the community to use and those will be available for the public very soon.

Es gibt Neuigkeiten von White Wolf von der Living Games Conference, eine LARP Convention ähnlich Solmukotha, aus Austin, Texas.

Die größte Ankündigung ist hierbei das White Wolf LARP als das Kernelement der World of Darkness sieht. Während die Pen & Paper Reihe sowohl gespielt als auch wieder verlegt wurde wäre LARP im Grunde das was die Spiellinie bzw. die IP am Leben gehalten hätte.
Der intensivste, stärkste Ausdruck der WoD.
Dies ist der Grund weshalb die ersten drei Produkte die White Wolf lizensiert hat LARPs sind. Wobei ich denke das man hierbei "End of the line", "Convention of Thornes" sowie das 2017 anstehende Event in Berlin zählt.
Mind's Eye Theatre wird als Begegnungspunkt (crossing point) zwischen dem Pen & Paper sowie LARP betrachtet. Martin hebt als positive Eigenschaften hervor das es kompetitive Regeln bietet und "MMOlike" wäre. Die letzte Beschreibung finde ich nicht ganz glücklich, ich vermute das es sich aus die Masse an Spielern bezieht. So anstelle von Strukturen alá Tank, DMG und dergleichen.
Das Mind's Eye Theatre unter der Führung von By Night Studios bleibt ein bzw. das LARP Kernprodukt, eine Hauptstütze (mainstay) der World of Darkness. Dementsprechend gibt es mehr Spielmaterial in Form von Büchern, Interpretation. Neben den normalen LARPs wie auf der Grand Masquerade / dem Hauptevents die den Metaplot voranschieben und den Metaplot weiter schreiben.
Daneben möchte White Wolf, ihrem kulturellen Hintergrund aus der schwedischen LARP Szene entsprechend, Nordic LARPs anbieten - und tut dies mit End of the Line, Conventions of Thorns auch schon.
Das heißt in friedlicher Koexistenz, Seite an Seite mit MET - auf der Grand Masquerade wird es beides geben - kann man auch Nordic LARP in der WoD spielen. Mit Bleed, Immersion, Anfassen und allem was dazu gehört.

Daneben gibt es noch weitere Informationen:
Der Metaplot wird weitergeführt werden. Das heißt man bringt alles auf eine Linie (Pen & Paper, Videospiele, Bücher etc. pp.) und wird es dann weiterentwickeln.
Ein besonderer Aspekt ist das man hierbei auch aktuelle Themen wie Frakking einbauen möchte als auch Ereignisse wie das geschehen im mittleren Osten. Dabei möchte man darauf achten die Qualität eines Wraith: Shoa zu erreichen und keine Dummheiten ala Gypsies zu begehen. Wobei Martin hierbei Kindred of the East als ein Produkt benennt das in Korea, Asien nicht gut ankam.
Gleichzeitig wird sich die World of Darkness nicht von Amerika abwenden aber weniger US-zentrisch sein.
Das Setting bzw. die Settings werden weiterentwickelt. Man möchte dabei die Welt nicht rebooten sondern nimmt den Ansatz das die Erzähler in Produkten bisher massiv unzuverlässig waren. So würden sich Disziplinskräfte wie Verdunkelung, Beherrschung und Präsenz nicht aus Training ergeben sondern hauptsächlich daraus ableiten von wem man trinkt. Womit auch Menschen als auch die Jagd bei Vampire relevanter würde.
Obwohl es viele Änderung hinsichtlich einer ernsteren WoD geben wird will man auch nicht alles "coole" kippen. Man vergleicht es mit der Doctor Who Wiederbelebung wo auch allen klar war das irgendwann die Daleks (Salzstreuer mit Pömpeln) wiederkommen.
Ich persönlich finde die Ankündigungen sehr cool :)
