Jeff Wayne heißt der Mann. Das Intro (ohne den Text davor) war das Intro-Lied für meine spektakulär versandete Savage-X-Com-Kampagne. ;)

Um dieses Bibelzitat zu wuppen, gibt es kaum etwas Besseres als Iron Maiden ... The Number of the Beast und dessen gesprochene Einleitung habe ich etwa 1986 kennengelernt - mit 12 - und seither sage ich das Zitat zu allen möglichen und unmöglichen Anlässen auf. (Falls ich mich unbeobachtet wähne - keine Ahnung, ob ich mancherorts als "der Satanist vom Klo nebenan" gelte ...)

Aber insgesamt ist das gleichnamige Album ein Zauberwerk, eben auch, was die Einleitungen betrifft. Ebenso berauschend wie das obige Zitat und jeden Tag auf's Neue mit Gänsehautfaktor beginnt Hallowed Be Thy Name:

Bruce Air Siren Dickinson hält das "low" ja eine Ewigkeit durch. Das hört sich bei mir entsprechend erbärmlich an. Haha! :) :headbang:

Eins meiner All-time-favourites, von meinem Lieblingsalbum von einer meiner Lieblingsbands. Und dieses Intro hat mich gleich beim ersten Mal voll aus den Socken gehauen. Klar, dass mir das bei diesem Thread gleich als erstes eingefallen ist. ^^
