Whether you think of TIE fighters pursuing the Millenium Falcon through an asteroid field or Luke Skywalker and Leia Organa piloting speeder bikes through the forest moon of Endor, high-speed chases and races are iconic moments in the Star Wars universe.
We recently announced The Jewel of Yavin, an upcoming supplement for Star Wars®: Edge of the Empire™ that focuses on a gem heist and a con scheme. Scoundrels, thieves, and slicers will have ample opportunity to shine in this adventure!
However, your typical Edge of the Empire crew includes a pilot or a gunner as well, and during this adventure they get to show off their skills for more than just the getaway. Das nächste Produkt, auf das ihr euch freuen könnt, ist Sonnen der Verheißung – ein Quellenband über den Corellianischen Sektor, der als Spielhilfe für das Star Wars: Am Rande des Imperiums-Rollenspiel gedacht ist. In der Pipeline befindet sich gleich eine ganze Reihe von Produkten! Die Grundregelwerke zu sowohl Zeitalter der Rebellion als auch Macht und Schicksal (die dritte Rollenspiel-Reihe im Star Wars-Universum, die sich mit machtsensitiven Charakteren beschäftigt) werden gerade fertig übersetzt bzw. inhaltlich aneinander angepasst. Das Einsteigerset zu Macht und Schicksal wird bereits gelayoutet – genau wie das Spielleiterset zu Zeitalter der Rebellion. Vom Spielleiterset zu Am Rande des Imperiums sowie von Jenseits des Randes, ein Abenteuer für das gleiche System, wird es in Bälde Nachdrucke geben – vorher muss ich jedoch an beiden Änderungen hinsichtlich des bestehenden Glossars vornehmen und die Produkte an die neuen Richtlinien des Lizenzgebers anpassen. We have deliberately not made any changes to the FFG works so that the validations are as fast as possible.
I heard in the Star Wars rpg group that that was a misunderstanding of an Edge quote, and they are not intending to do a new system.
und bzgl. PDFs
On their facebook post they said they are talkig to LFL to see the possibility of pdfs.
