Ja, das heißt doch, ich kann es bei Erscheinen nicht über z.B. Rolands Laden beziehen oder ? Nur direkt aus USA ?

Ja (wie auch damals bei Lulu nicht anders), nur es ist halt nicht "vorbestellen oder ein Jahr warten".
Im Gegensatz zu Lulu sind dann aber print+PDF bundles möglich.
Was Roland natürlich machen kann ist, es selbst "einzeln" zu bestellen wie ein privater. Ist nur mehr Aufwand und teurer, denke ich.
