Ich spiele momentan einen Wookie-Scout und möchte wissen, ob irgendjemand Hausregeln für den Bowcaster hat, da dieser doch im Vergleich mit anderen Waffen total schrottig konzipiziert ist.

A: Using a bowcaster is somewhat limiting for characters with multiple attacks, yes. The character won't be able to fire the bowcaster multiple times in the round (unless, perhaps, she has the Heroic Surge feat).

Ein Suchlauf im Wizards-Forum hat nichts erbracht.

In Saga bist du gerettet: Der Bowcaster schiesst so schnell wie der Charakter kann (natürlich ohne Burst- und Autofire).

Andererseits sagt Wookiepedia:

Das heisst, mit einmal nachladen aus dem Bandolier kriegt man 6 Schuss.

Erst einmal vielen Dank, es bleibt aber eine Dreckswaffe im Vergleich, schade.

Das klaert warum die Wookies mit dem Bowcaster noch nicht das Universum ueberrannt haben...

Nicht jede "stilvolle" (und besonders "archaische") Waffe muss unbedingt zu den besten im Universum gehoeren.

Man könnte ja optionale Explosivmunition als Hausregel etablieren ... schliesslich hat's im Wald von Endor ganz schön Rumms gemacht als Chewie geschossen hat (EpVI).
