Assuming a fighter with a Dex of 15 and has a weapon with the keyword "flail" or "light blade" what is the TOTAL number of attacks allowed by this power? The way it is written in the Players Handbook is ambiguous. Some read it as giving 2 attacks total (The initial attack, then a second attack against the same or different target) and some read it as giving 4 attacks total (2 against the primary target and 2 against the same or secondary target. Could you please clarify this for me?

You would get a total of 2 attacks. The first is against 1 creature and the second can be made against the same creature or a different one.

War es nicht mal die "Regel" dass man Antworten des Customer Supports als "falsch" werten konnte?

Ja, da bietet es sich gerade zu an, sich in der Mitte bei 3 attacks zu treffen ;D.
