[4E] Wen oder was beten Bullywugs an?

Hallo,

für eine etwas freier gehaltene Konvertierung eines DSA Abenteuers (Im Zeichen der Kröte) brauche ich eure Hilfe. Für den Endkampf gegen die Hexe Alvinia - bei mir ist sie ein Succubus - benötige ich ein paar Krötenkultisten und ein paar Bullywugs. Die Bullywugs habe ich, aber ich weiß nicht wen oder was die Viecher anbeten. Sie glauben laut dem MM2, dass wenn sie nur wild genug sind, sie irgendwann als Slaad wiedergeboren werden. Aber einen Slaad als Viech, welches beschworen werden will, überzeugt mich nicht so recht.
Welche Art von Slaad sollte es denn dann sein? Grün oder blau. Rot, weiß und schwarz passen von den Fertigkeiten nicht so recht.
Aber eigentlich such ich was tolles, thematisch passendes und abgefahren soll es auch noch sein.
Was gibts denn da?

(Klicke zum Anzeigen/Verstecken)Hintergrund ist der, dass die Succubus - wie soll es auch anders sein - als Diener eines stärkeren Wesens, die Bullywugs auf charmante Art unterjocht hat. Diese beschwören zusammen mit ihr ein Wesen. Und genau dieses Suche ich.
Was ich nun benötige sind Vorschläge für:

* Diener der Krötenwesen?
* Was nehme ich als Kutisten?
* was für ein Wesen beschwören die Bullywugs in ihrer Zeremonie der schwarzen Kröte?
Jemand Ideen?

Ich hab die Bücher gerade nicht zur Hand, aber Wicki sagt dazu folgendes:

The book Monster Mythology (1992) by Carl Sargent introduces Ramenos, "the bizarre frog-god of the bullywugs." Ramenos is described as chaotic evil in alignment, a god of somnolence, intoxication, and decay. The book posits that Ramenos, like Laogzed of the troglodytes simply seems to endure its feeble existence for the sake of endurance alone: "Ramenos hibernates for much of the time, barely able even to sustain attention on its own fate; once active and strong, the wretched deity is clearly in a process of self-extinction." This book goes on to say that the bullywugs have no myth about Ramenos creating them, although the book calls bullywugs "the degenerate descendants of races of proto-amphibians, and much more powerful but now extinct humanoid/frog creatures that used revere their weird frog god." The book explains that periods of prolonged inactivity and taking refuge and pleasure in intoxication have reduced Ramenos to a lesser god, and that he will likely decline to demigod status in a few centuries and eventually extinction. Evidence of his old power and influence can be found in ruins of lost jungle temples where huge statues of the god dominate the plazas and open areas. He no longer sends his avatars forth from his home plane of the Abyss, nor does he send omens to his shamans. His shamans are primitive and weak and serve their tribal leaders, and must regularly become intoxicated with plant alkaloids.

In the World of Greyhawk campaign setting, bullywugs are known to exist in the Hool Marshes, the Mistmarsh, and the Vast Swamp. A number of bullywug tribes have forsaken the worship of Ramenos for Wastri.

Ansonsten würde ich vorschlagen, du suchst dir die Chaotisch Böse Gottheit, die dir am besten in den Kram passt raus, oder lässt sie die rohen, unpersonifizierten Kräfte des Chaos selbst anbeten.
Alternativ bieten sich diverse Dämonenprinzen, wie etwa Demogorgon oder der Dämonenprinz des Schleimes, dessen Name mir gerade entfallen ist, an.

Danke für den Hinweis. Dabei fällt mir auf, dass eine Levelangabe hilfreich für weitere Tipps sein könnte. Das Abenteuer wird für Abenteurer der Stufe 2-3 sein. Da fällt ein Gott bzw. ein Demigod leider raus.
Der Tipp mit den Dämonenprinzen klingt abe ganz interessant. Da muss ich nochmal drüber schauen. Ansonsten dachte ich an einen Vasallen eines solchen Dämonenprinzen.

Die erste Vorstellung, die ich in Bezug auf ein von den Bullywugs angebetetes Wesen hatte war Zuggtmoy - nur mit weniger Fungi, dafür mehr Kröte. Kennt jemand was in die Richtung? Und hat am besten noch einen Namen, den mein Adventure Tool auch kennt? Denn ich will eigentlich nichts von Grund auf Basteln, sondern maximal was bestehendes ändern. Dazu brauche ich auch konkrete Vorschläge.

Was ich haben will:
Vasall einer höhere Wesenheit (Rasse, Art, Kreatur, Dämonenprinz, was auch immer)
Fähigkeiten mit Poison, Poison-Aura wie z. B. bei denBullywugs, vielleicht Acid Attacken.
Psychic kann ich mir auch vorstellen.
Thematisch jemand/etwas das mit Poison, Corruption, Consumption vielleicht auch Decay zu tun hat.

Wie könnte der Kult - der Bullywugs beinhaltet - zu dieser Wesenheit aussehen? Welche Diener, abgesehen von den Kröten, kann es da geben?

Danke, dass ist schonmal sehr brauchbar. Der wird der der Big Bad Boss von den Bullywugs. Bleibt nur noch ein Vasall eines Dämonenprinzen. ODer ein Vasall eines Vasallen - schließlich sind die Helden erst Lvl. 2.
