Basic Move
Ich wähle einen Team Pool wie in Masks. Regel zum Auffrischen fehlt noch. Drei Kampf-Moves im Stile von Hearts of the Wulin. Und ansonsten simpler Standard. Über die Stats bin ich mir noch unsicher.
When you help a team mate, you may spend 1 Team from the pool to pitch a roll they just made by +1.
When you take on a group of lowly rabble, roll +Mighty.
On a hit, you win. On a 10+, pick one:
- This is cheery. Add a Team to the pool.
- This is interesting. Learn something useful.
- This is good training. Take +1 forward.
When you openly engage a worty opponent or a monster with an opportunity, roll +Graceful.
On a 10+, pick two. On a 7-9, pick one.
- You come away clean.
- You garner their respect.
- You make them hurt.
When you face a threat that is beyond you, roll +Lucky.
On a 10+ pick two. On a 7-9 pick one.
- It doesn't hurt too much.
- You divert its attention or path.
- You provide an opportunity for an ally.
When you take in a scene, roll +Cunning.
On a 10+ ask three. On a 7-9, ask two.

- What are they not showing?
- What do I remember about...
When you sneak past a danger or follow unseen, roll +Graceful.
On a hit, you get where you are going. On a 7-9, you don't have long or there are problems on the way out.
When you face a natural or magical hazard, roll +Mighty.
On a hit, you braze. On a 7-9, you lose something, get hurt or moved into an unpleasant postion. Your choice.
When you ask for aid, take +1 for every yes, then roll.
- Your endeavor is in their best interest.
- You will make it worth their while.
- You already have a good reputation with them.
On a 10+, they will do what they can.
On a 7-9, they might be frightened or lack motivation. There help is limited and short.
When you plan a magic ritual, explain what you are going for and the GM will tell you how many minutes/hours/days the it will take. When you go through with it, take +1 for every yes and roll.
- The effect could be done without magic though it might take longer.
- This place or time is suited for this kind of magic.
- You bring a worthy sacrifice.
On a 10+, it works. There might be minor side effects, but they are temporary and not dangerous. On 7-9 you need extra help or sacrifice more than you planned.

Soldiers of Fortune
You are in for the money and your team mates help you get to it.
How did you find each other? What was your first gig? What does each of you bring to the team?
You get extra experience from treasure you find.
Heroes of the Free People
Something big happened or is about to happen. It is only natural that heroes from all over will flock. What called you?
- Fires in the sky. Or similarly obvious portents.
- The messengers of the Council.
- Direct divine intervention.
- The accorded signals of old.
Add Team to the pool, when you help the common people.
Agents of the Crown
You work some authority and further their goals. Who are they?
- The rightful government of this land.
- A church looking out for the faithful.
- A secret order with far-reaching plans.
While you are in settlement, you can spend Team to find contact or ally. They will be generally helpful to the best of their ability and means.
United by Chance
You were all the wrong place at the right time. What keeps you together?
- A mysterious foe hunts us all.
- We were brought to this land by magic or shipwreck.

You can spend Team to pitch your own rolls, when you reminisce on what sets you apart from them.
Soldiers of Fortune finde ich noch irgendwie langweilig. Vorschläge? Weitere typische Konstellationen?
Aber Character Playbooks. Gute PbtA-Playbooks fragen nicht "Was kannst du?", sondern sowas wie "Wo kommst du her?" oder etwas in die Richtung. Am ehesten wären das also wohl sowas sie Backgrounds.
