[Eberron] Races of Eberron: Petition gegen das neue Cover!

Naja.. aber der Gesamtstil ist einfach besser... fetziger.
Dieser kreisrunde Ausschnitt ist halt Eberron-typisch.

Zumal IMO Eberron nichts mehr mit dem klassischen High-Fantasy zu tun hat. Es ist nicht mehr so brav und nett, wie das bei dem Races of... Buch wirkt.
Es ist düster, dunkel - shwarz eben ;)
Und so sollte auch das Cover gehalten sein.

Wenn es ein Eberron Produkt ist, dann sollte es auch den entsprechenden Eberron-Look haben. >:(
Wozu hatt man ihn sonst kreiert.

Races of Faerun sieht ja schließlich auch wie ein FR Produkt aus.
(Dafür haben sie dort Monsters of Faerun stilistisch verhauen...)

Da ich die Eberron-Linie sammle, die Races of.... aber nicht, werde ich mein Mißfallen wohl mit dem Geldbeutel zum Ausdruck bringen. ;)

Just 'cause it has the word "Eberron" on the cover doesn't mean that it is useful exclusively to those who run Eberron campaigns. While the four core races detailed in the books first appeared in the Eberron Campaign Setting, that doesn't mean they can't surface in Greyhawk, the Forgotten Realms, on Krynn, or in any homebrewed world you've got running on your gaming table. Of course, if you do run a game set in Eberron, you'll find the wealth of extra information about the various races invaluable for fleshing out your characters, villains, and the world from which they hail.

Na, wenn das mal nicht schlechte Nachrichten sind. Anstatt das Buch so zu machen, dass es gut wird, versuchen sie es zwanghaft so zu gestalten, dass jeder es kauft.  :q

Dann hat sich das hiermit auch erledigt.
Wer allerdings andere Eberron Rassen sucht für den lohnt sich eventuell auch die Anschaffung des Monster Manual III da sind nämlich einige neue Eberron-Rassen drin.
Kenku, Aramid (oder so ähnlich), usw.
