c) If neither a or b are true, they should check their spam filter to make sure the email didn't end up there. They should also make sure they're checking the email account that they used to make the purchase with.


d) If there are still problems, they should contact customer support via the "Contact Us" link at the DriveThruRPG.com website. Provide all appropriate information, such as order information and email address used.


3) There are some pages that are missing textures and art pieces on the iPad. Rich and I are aware of it, and we should be putting out a corrected file. There will also be a variant cover released as well (we're working on a cover with a rose, but the artist hasn't been able to get us the final cover, and we didn't want to delay releasing the PDF).

Additional Questions

Q: I ordered more than one book to give to friends. Will they get PDFs as well?

A: Right now we are sending only one link to each email address we have on file. Once we have finished getting those out to people and have the PDF available for purchase (which we hope to be able to do in early October), you will be able to contact DriveThruRPG.com with your order information to have an additional code generated for the other person/people in your order.

Q: Where's my PDF?

A: UPDATE: The folks at DriveThruRPG are sending out links in batches of 500 per day. As such, please wait until October 1 before expressing concern over not receiving a link. The information above has been updated accordingly.

Q: I lost my link email. Can you resend it?

A: Contact DriveThruRPG.com customer service, as above, and they can assist you.

Q: This download is hanging up/got corrupted/has a problem.

A: This is a big file, and errors might occur between the stress on the download servers, the nature of your connection, and the like. Try repeating the download later. If you still have problems, contact DriveThruRPG.com customer support for assistance.

Also das stimmt so nicht ganz ^.^;
Ich habe drei Buecher vorbestellt [2 Grand Masquerade Editionen und 1 Versand Edition] und am Samstag drei Mails erhalten. Vielleicht weil die Bestellungen seperat ueber mehrere Monate verteilt waren.

Ansonsten scheint es sich wie geschnittenes Brot verkauft zu haben.
Wenn die tausende Adressen an DriveThru gaben und diese seit mindestens Freitag oder Samstag taeglich 500 Mails rausjagen...

Ja, definitiv; habe da versucht das kostenlose Dresden Files Fiasco Playset runterzuladen und das hat drei Anläufe gebraucht. Die sind momentan echt überlastet.

...dann bereite ich mich als Firma auf entsprechende Downloads vor. Beknackte Amateure. Meine Downloads haben noch immer nicht geklappt. Zum kotzen, sowas. Wenn die wissen, dass sie das anstehende Volumen nicht handeln können, sollen sie halt die Codes langsamer verschicken. Mensch, so ein unfähiges Volk.
