Man behält zwar die Rechte formal, aber WotC kann mit dem Zeug so ziemlich machen was es will. Unwiderruflich. Zumindest verstehe ich es so.

Ich vermute, dass da schon doch einige mehr sehr laut aufgeschrieen hätten, wenn diese Klausel außergewöhnlich wäre. War ja im Januar 2023 sehr klar so.

Nein. Dies besagt lediglich, dass du, wenn ein Dritter an deinem D&D Beyond Fan Content Anstoß nimmt, alle Kosten, die dadurch entstehen, selbst zu tragen hast. Wenn also Disney Wizards verklagt, weil du etwas mit Star Wars hochgeladen hast, musst du die Kosten tragen. Ist für mich absolut logisch.
